The mouthfeel of this wine is supple and dense, balanced by a crisp, lively acidity. The palate opens with the fresh pear and citrus characters that define the Chardonnay grown at Belli vineyards. The palate leads to a delicate finish of baked apples, spice, and just a touch of honeydew melon.

A beauty, it offers up aromas of forest floor, black cherries, earth and spice with the oak pushed to the background. Full-bodied with good depth, richness and density, the tannin is velvety textured and beautifully integrated into this full-throttle Cabernet Sauvignon.
90 points - Stephen Tanzer’s IWC May 2014 Retail Price: $50.00
This wine is an excellent example of what this grape can become; the tannins are big, yet they are also round, firm, and elegantly smooth. The acidity is intense, yet carefully balances the wines body and depth of flavor.

The 2011 vintage proved to be exceptional, yielding complex, balanced, and ripe fruit that resulted in lush, full-bodied wine. Plump raspberries, tart red currants, and just a hint of blueberry jam unfold on a rich bed of tannins backing up a bracing acidity. Notice how the front of the palate is crisp, with a distinct character of tart Rainier cherries.
Named after Richard’s wife and co-proprietor, Alis Demers Arrowood, this intense Rhône blend of 65 percent Syrah and 35 percent Grenache from estate vines offers a lightly perfumed nose of candied fruit, warm cherry pie and a hint of pepper and smoke.
